When ThreeClaws.ai deploys agents on your own hardware ("Local Core" or "Local Premier" tiers), your operational data — client communications, documents, model outputs — does not leave your premises. The agents run on a local language model on your server and only reach the public internet for the integrations you explicitly authorize (for example, your Gmail account or your Signal number). We do not retain copies of your operational data beyond what is required to perform agreed-upon support and maintenance work, and any such access requires your authorization at the time it occurs.
When ThreeClaws.ai deploys agents in the cloud ("Cloud Basic" or "Cloud Custom" tiers), your agents run on third-party model providers and infrastructure (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Cloudflare, or similar vendors). Your data is processed by those vendors under their own terms of service and privacy policies. Where possible, we configure these vendor accounts in your name; otherwise, accounts are operated under contract on your behalf. In either case, your data is not used to train ThreeClaws.ai products and is not shared with other clients.
Some agents we deploy operate over messaging channels — including SMS, iMessage, Signal, and email. When you communicate with us or with an agent we have deployed, you consent to receive messages necessary to deliver the service.
SMS opt-in (where applicable): if a deployed agent uses SMS to contact your customers, message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in our control. For Local deployments, the strongest data-security control is structural: your operational data never leaves your hardware. For Cloud deployments, we rely on the security controls of the underlying providers in addition to our own access policies. No system is perfectly secure; you should evaluate whether each tier matches your regulatory and risk profile.
We retain prospect and client information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to comply with applicable legal, tax, and contractual obligations. You may request deletion at any time using the contact details below; we will honor such requests except to the extent we are required to retain records by law.
