These Terms govern your use of threeclaws.ai (the "Site") and any services provided by ThreeClaws.ai ("we," "our," or "us"), including our done-for-you AI agent setup, configuration, and ongoing support. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
ThreeClaws.ai is a service operated by George Remy out of Southfield, Michigan. We deploy and maintain three AI agents — VERA, Nexus, and Clara — for small businesses and solo professionals, in either Cloud or Local (on-premises) tiers.
The exact scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline for any engagement are governed by a written services agreement or proposal between you and ThreeClaws.ai. Setup fees and monthly retainers shown on the Site are typical ranges and may be adjusted to reflect the work required for your specific environment. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.
George Remy is a Michigan-licensed attorney; however, your engagement of ThreeClaws.ai for AI deployment services does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not constitute legal advice. Likewise, nothing on this Site or produced by an AI agent we deploy constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or medical advice. AI-generated content can contain errors and omissions. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it, sending it to a client, or taking action based on it. For legal advice, please engage a licensed attorney through a separate, written attorney-client agreement.
When you engage us, you agree to:
The agents we deploy use machine-learning models that are probabilistic by nature. Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given context. ThreeClaws.ai does not guarantee that any agent will produce a particular result, will handle every edge case, or will be free from errors or downtime. We will use reasonable care to configure and maintain agents, but you bear the final responsibility for what your agents send, save, or do on your behalf.
Our services depend on third-party platforms — language-model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter), messaging carriers (Twilio, Apple Messages, Signal), email providers (Google Workspace, Resend), and infrastructure (Cloudflare, GitHub). Their availability, terms, and pricing are outside our control. Outages or changes by these providers may interrupt service.
The content of threeclaws.ai — including text, design, images, logo, and code — is owned by ThreeClaws.ai or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content without permission. Custom configurations, prompts, and workflows we build for you under a paid engagement become your property upon final payment, except that we retain ownership of underlying tools, frameworks, and prompt patterns we developed prior to or independently of your engagement.
Setup fees are due as specified in your engagement agreement (typically a deposit at start and balance at delivery). Monthly retainers are billed in advance and may be canceled with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except as expressly provided in your engagement agreement. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment after reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThreeClaws.ai's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your engagement of our services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThreeClaws.ai, George Remy, and our agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of (a) your misuse of the services, (b) your violation of any law, professional rule, or third-party right, or (c) content sent by an agent we deployed on your behalf, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your engagement of our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washtenaw or Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at threeclaws.ai/terms with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
